Right? WWII left a long shadow across the world. My grandfather said it was like a stone thrown in a pond. The stone is the event and it’s impact. The pond is time. He was saying that the fallout from that cataclysmic war would ripple out through time and we would see turbulence from it for generations.

He was right.

The world got reordered after WWII based on the designs and desires of a few men. All nations have had problems because of it ever since.
