Racism has solutions. Falls under the same category of giving a shit.

Some of it's individual work. Takes dedication, maybe a lifetime, willingness to be uncomfortable and wrangle with yourself.

Some of it is being a shield. Protecting public space. It's a mindset you adopt and live by.

Some of it is public accountability of institutions. Open books and mandatory review. For all legislation. For every bill passed or bureau created that disproportionately harms one group, you either scrap it, fix it, or mitigate the harm.

And I mean mandatory. And ongoing... every so often, you do another one. Independent and unbiased.
