PUA does not work on emotionally or mentally healthy women. It works on women who have come to believe that they are unworthy, not attractive, not good enough, spoiled (as in sexually ruined, not bratty). Women who have come to believe that any attention from a man is to be cherished as a rare thing or should be seized at once because once they get found out (for not being good enough) they'll be cast aside. Women who have been raised to fear being alone above all else. It's a two way manipulation. By the man performing the PUA and by society for breaking a young woman spirits lest she shine too brightly or step out of line.
