Probably not a she. Probably an extortion ring. Out of country, they're starting to work in groups. It's akin to the Nigerian Prince scam that targeted older people.

The picture, I think, is of a model or a pop star. She looks familiar. So I doubt that's who's behind this.

From what I've read about these rings, they're usually young men from countries that are destabilizing. They're disenfranchised and there's no work. They have no prospects other than going outside the law to make money.
