It's making some ridiculous assumptions. Like that female birth control doesn't fail. I'm a product of failed birth control. So is my sister. Doesn't mean my mother lied and was committing reproductive abuse against my father. It means no birth control is absolute and if he didn't want more kids, he should have worn a condom or gotten a vasectomy. He was in the military so it would been free.
Also, for women who want to have a child without the string of marriage, there are so many legit options out there, and the potential lawsuits of intentionally setting a guy up, it's just not the best or the easiest plan. It makes no sense.
