One has to believe they can be deprogrammed. Personally, I don't.

Even if they could, the societal "answer"s being pushed always entails a sacrifice for women. I'm not interested in being a sacrifice anymore. A lotta lotta women agree with me.

You know, even if they could be deprogrammed, I think the answer here is less dump it on women to be an olive branch to someone who’s acting unhinged and more treat them like the prodigal son and let them go. You can’t force deprogramming on them and they clearly don’t want it. Better for the rest of us to go on with our lives and maybe they’ll come back or maybe and want to be part of society again they’ll self destruct. Allison had it right. There is way too much time wasted pandering to and appeasing these men. Time you can’t ever get back. Time better spent on people who actually want you in their life and to be a part of yours.
