Okay, you're killing me right here. I died laughing at this example.

Perhaps it's just me (it's not, there's a reason nobody bothers with the instructions) but....and most especially with furniture insteuctuons......I never have that expectation when following the instructions because they always seem to be translated into English (I'm an English speaker, I don't knownif it'd thr same in reverse) from some other language that has nothing linguistically in common with English, like Chinese, by a translator who only knows enough rudimentary English as a second language to barely cling to some general syntax and it's clear their native language is a 3rd language that had no commonality with either English or Chinese, like Swaheli or Navaho or Greenlandic.

Thank God for pictures and common sense.

On the plus side, if you need to start a fire to finish your project because you attempted to follow the instructions, bless your heart, at least you have something to burn.

And why does only a D bolt make the T bracket happy? But only in an upright position? When it's designed to attach to the bottom of the assembly? What?!?
