Nothing's wrong with, per se. It's just in the greater context of his gender essentialist argument, it's hilarious on two fronts.

One, these traits are traditionally labeled as masculine, not feminine so he's umdermining his own argument that the problem with women is that they've turned away from their "natural" femininity are "trying to be men".

So the solution to "not being men" is to enact traits and behaviors that under gender essentialism belong to men?

Those same things that will get women blasted as being "unfeminine"? Those traits and behaviors?

Can you really not see the lack of self awareness and funny here?

Okay, okay...wait. Check this part out.

So the way to be a healthy woman is to be a man. Logical, calm and assertive. But only when arguing with your male partner. As his Queen, no less.

You may not be aware, being Canadian; actually in all fairness Thanos may not be either, I think he's eastern European, but here in the States, this dynamic he's espousing has a certain, let's say, manifestation to it. Particularly amongst some communities.

You hear a guy start talking about how he wants to make you his Queen, you best tread carefully. We all know this as a recipe for disaster and a bad relationship. Because more than likely what he means is that he wants you to take care of him while he sits up on the couch all the live long day and barks derision and scorn at you because you're not doing enough for him all the live long day.

Then he's going to get all up in his feels because he has made him self unappealing to you, sexually, and you'd rather be covered in leeches than have sex with him now. The leeches would be less of a drain. Jusk ask your average peasant or Brit how they feel about their king. 😉.

Anyway, now picture that interview of R. Kelly with Gayle King or some of these others that have made the internet rounds. Kenneth Copeland got up in a woman interviewer's face but that didn't go viral, I don't think. There's been several through the last several years. That Tom Cruise interview with Oprah Winfrey also comes to mind.

And that's what we see he's advocating for, or rather how this line of thinking would work out here in the States.

A deranged man pitching a fit like a toddler, standing over a woman, who's giving a master class in calm, reasoned, measured, collected. Or, how to "be a man" by demonstrating classic masculine traits that, by the gender essentialist argument, are not natural to her.

There's all sorts of funny here, as will happen with almost all pyramid schemes. You'd think folks would learn.
