Women can buy sperm and IVF, or adopt.

Men can buy surrogacy or adopt. Men are not excluded from child care businesses as customers. Men can enroll their children in school. Name one thing men are barred or unable to do in rearing a child that can not be paid for?

Hell, men can even do their own version of the Heart (rock band) method if they wanted. They might be punished for it but statistically, they won't. If they were clever about it, they would wind up with the kid they wanted. I'd recommend paying a woman to be a surrogate for you though.
