What that data clearly shows is that women who abandon the idea of marriage and embrace a single life without children are the happiest demographic.

Marriage makes men happier.

Singledom makes women happier.

I would say though, that is gle women who figure out how to have a child or a number they can handle and plan for being a single parent are just as happy. There just aren't many of us, as most single mothers didn't choose it, it's the result of a bad partnering or a failure of birth control, etc.

If more women planned for being single mothers to begin with, there would be a whole lot more happy women.
