Whether one is socially or politically conservative or liberal has no bearing on their sexual levels of desire. That's unique to all of us as individuals.

The biggest thing there is that conservatives tend to be deeply religious and religion comes with sexual shame. You see struggles with shame around sex but the desire for it is more or less equivalent as what you see amongst the non religious. The nonreligious just don't feel bad about having it or acting up on it.
