Not really seeing where he belittled people.

I think the point is that even if you believe in heaven and death-to-life accounts, we all still need to be aware of and perceptive about fraud attempts.

If we allow ourselves to become gullible and willingly suspend the good sense we were born with, it’s just a matter of time before we get taken advantage of.

Also if you’ve actually read the Bible, it’s clear God does not want this. The ones he cherished the most were the ones who questioned and sought. The ones who used the good sense they were born with and held God accountable. That’s in the Bible. It’s scripture.

Christians should have known it was a lie.

First off, 3 headed Satan? Like Cerberus? That’s convenient. Satan is in Heaven up there next to the throne? Wait a second....Wasn’t Lucifer demoted, cast from Heaven, and thrown into the pit? God is giving out day passes now, is He? Spoke to Jesus, did the boy? Oh yeah? What’d he look like? Did he say he was Jesus or was it just some person up there who looked like the pictures the boy saw in Sunday School? Isn’t Jesus supposed to be preparing a table for us for after the Final Battle? The one that Satan is now apparently choreographing with the Big Cheese up in Heaven and getting fitted for his costume? And Jesus took time out of his busy schedule of banquet planning and stage directing to let a little boy know he was only partly dead. That was chivalrous.

I mean, there’s no end of threads to easily pull this account apart. It’s not in line with Scripture. It clearly pulls from several mythological stories, it misrepresents the Divine, it contradicts itself, it makes no sense, it’s too fantastic to be believed....

I haven’t even touched on the scenery issues. Grass in heaven? Really?

I know a bunch of people who bought into this hook, line, and sinker. They’re all as intelligent as a box of rocks about it, as in….because it’s about “God" and “heaven", they absolutely refuses to think.
