Not really.

He can't have that because he has no boundaries and no self respect. It's the same as women who get stuck in crycles of people pleasing to the point of being abused. There's no real difference.

This is how patriarchy hurts us all. Feminism didn't cause this, but feminist ideology could help this man. There's been a lot of lessons learned that he would clearly benefit from.

Patriarchy teaches us all to perform in certain ways. Being of use, having to prove your value rather than having onherent value, all those things....they are part of the perfiemance of masculinity.

Trying to live up to all those expectations makes men vulnerable to abusive behavior from narcissists and selfish, entitled people.

The same as it does women.

And these people....the abusers.....whether they are male or female are very skilled and very versed at spotting, testing, and latching onto victims.

It will eacalate until you stop it.

With boundaries. And self respect.

Every time.

They never stop coming.
