Nope. There used to be a picture of him snorting a line of coke that popped up now and again. He was a party boy; lifestyles of the rich and famous.

Of course, his people have been scrubbing and sanitizing his public image for years.

He was most likely high in much of that video you referenced. The
coke use also may have contributed to his dementia. He used to be able to strong together a coherent sentence.
