Nope. That's a myth you men tell yourselves to excuse your behavior or make you feel better about being rejected.

I talk to men every day who are awkward, shy around women, socially inept, or what have you who are NOT creeps.

Not creeps. Just awkward.

These are not the same thing.

And all it takes to go from being awkward to being adorably awkward is a little bit of empathy. Not being so hung up on yourselves. Think of how something lands on someone else for a change rather than yourself and what the internet and Influencers say you're lacking. Not dehumanizing us by approaching us like NPRs you have to get something from, or gatekeeping objects.
