Nope. It's not about the money. Well, not like that.

The entire argument is absolute bunk. It's looking at economic aspects of partnering completely wrong. Missing the forest for the trees, and all that. Focusing entirely on the wrong things.

Starting with the the most basic concepts of financial savviness. It's not how many figures are in your paycheck, it's how much is left over after expenses. Net is the figure that makes or breaks you, not gross.

A man who makes $250k a year but spends $245k a year and lives off credit is not as financially sound and not as good a bet as the man who makes $50k a year but only spends $30k a year and can build/repair/barter a quality life for himself and his family.

A guy with a decent and broad skillset is always going to be a superior choice as a mate over his peers because anyone can lose their job or suffer a catastrophic injury or what have you at any time. We're entering a time of varying turmoils.

Resiliency is the name of the game.

Intelligent men will be looking for the same thing in their partners over looking like Kim Kardashian.

You want somebody who's not going to fall apart when things get rough. Because they're going to.
