None of that has anything to do with your wife, or women in general.

Much of it is coming from legislation, written predominantly by men, not women.

I agree with you that family courts are screwed up, but I disagree that men are the ones predominantly disadvantaged. Women do not fare well in family court either, on the whole.

Nobody said women are all innocent little angels. We're not. Women get unfairly blamed for a lot too.

We're talking about broad generalizations of what most women want, or in this case, do not want. To subdue men. I also didn't create the word so I have no control over what it means. You're fonna have to talk to Oxford about that grievance.

(See what I mean about women getting blamed for all soets of crazy things).

Subdue: overcome, quieten, or brint under control (a feeling or person). Being (a country or people) umder control by force.

Synonyms: conquer, defeat, vanquish, get the better of, overpower, overcome.

I'm actually not sure how you got hung up on the violence aspect of the word, as you're the one who brought up the white feather campaign in the first place and I specifically mentioned I'd rather a guy having a fit in public be subdued with a sandwich than held at gunpoint, thrown to the ground, and carted off never to be seen again. Or whatever.

You seem to be reframing the discussion somewhat, my guy.

So I'll let you return to your favorite rabbit hole of grievance. Just do is a favor? Stick your head out once in a while and make sure you're getting enough fresh air. Carbon eioxide poisoning can cause hallucinations, you know. Safety first.
