Nobody gets sent to juvie for nothing. You have to have a clearly established pattern of problem of behavior to get sent to juvie.

Is there a systemic issue related to race? Yes. But that is because certain communities (predominantly, were talking about black communities) have more problems to deal with over all; the creation of poverty and despair in these communities is what makes it systemic.

It’s not because of false accusations of bullying by black girls. It takes a whole lot more than being accused of being a bully to get sent to juvie. They just don’t have the space or the funds, so most kids who get sent to juvie have already done a lot to earn a spot there well before they actually receive it.

Usually, they have left the realm of spiteful, vindictive, passive agressive types of behavior and have become physically violent or committing crimes, and there have been multiple incidents.
