No. We assume every unknown man who approaches us in public wants to hit on us or harass us, aka have sex with us.
99.9% of men who approach you on the street do so with some sort of sexual expectation or gratification in mind. Otherwise, they would go about their business and leave us alone. Like a normal person.
Not all men hit on or harass women they don't know. The vast majority of men just keep to themselves in public.
But these ones who don't are a real problem and a constant aggravation and low key threat to all women.
This is not hypocrisy because it's not the same thing. Be butt hurt about it all you want. Your choice to understand the difference or not.
If women took to the streets and start tazing or threatening to taze random men in the nuts because they felt men's bodies were public property and they were entitled to their share of them to do what they want when they want and men should smile and be grateful for the attention, then perhaps it will be more clear to you.
