No, they don't. But. To maintain overall social cohesiveness, women do have right to not be attacked and a right to general harmony in public spaces. A right to walk, unmolested in any way, through the Public Commons.
If we had that, women wouldn't be clamoring for protection. If we had that, we wouldn't be looking over our shoulders all the time and a basic assumption of trust would be restored to men. You'd find dating and socializing far easier.
As it is, men have lost that basic trust because women expect abuse, coercion, manipulation, and general underhandedness from men.
