No. The peoples who migrated across the Bering Strait did so around 13,000 years ago.
There were likely other migrations to the Americas before then by other means. There's evidence of some groups being there going back at least 40,000 years.
The peoples who spread out from Africa did so 100,000 to 150,000 uears ago. Again there were several migrations known and theorized and likely more we haven't fkund evidence for yet.
These are puzzle pieces, the story of humanity. Each individual piece is not the whole puzzle and should not be considered as such. That's ludicrous.
We don't have all the pieces yet. We might never have them all.
But ultimately our species, Homo sapiens definitely arose from Africa. We all came from Africa. That is not in dispute.
