I'm not against the idea of requires training, ahould have been in place already as part of getting a license. But on order for that measure to be accepted by those who want bans, the training has to be effexrive and be handled by an organization without pikitical ties, that hasn't bought off politicians, and hasnt lied to the public or pushed a political agenda.
