No. Marriage, nonmatter what your age, along with childbirth in most states elevates you to adulthood status. It's de facto emancipation of a minor.
Most child brides don't know this, and certainly the churches/preachers who marry off underage children don't tell them, but legally in most states, you're considered an adult once you marry. My friend who married at 13 got a driver's license at 14 and could legally sign contracts too. She had a credit card and could establish her own bank account without a cosignor.
