Women live longer on average than men. So extend the retirement age for women 5 years to 70 or later, if they want it and can work and allow women to take a mini-retirement during their children's formative years , receive an income based on future work of those extended years till retirement so they can raise their children to school age.

Easy.

If women have interrupted work years, then compensation and opportunities need to match that. Otherwise, well always be disadvantaged.
