No. If they don't believe in equality between the sexes, they are not feminists. Regardless of what the call themselves.
It's an ideological life path, a set of beliefs you live your life by, not an identity.
As a Muslim, an adherent to a religious doctrine and set of beliefs you should understand the concept. Though that may be why you can't as most religious people are full blown hypocrits. It's always rules for thee, but not for me with them.
I could call myself a millionaire or a billionaire. That won't make it true. I could call myself a genius. Also not true. And so forth and so on.
People say lots of things. Humans are liars. We also rarely see ourselves how others see us. There's perception and then there's character.
If a person claims to be a Muslim (or any other faith tradition) but they don't hold to those faith beliefs, proscriptions, doctrines, or ideologies but they using that faith for personal benefit of some kind without living the life of a Muslim, then that person is a liar and a hypocrite. What they are not, is Muslim (or Christian, Buddhist, etc)
It's the same thing. Using feminism for some kind of personal benefit or to put yourself over others is missing the point. These people are liars and hypocrits. What they are not, is a feminist.
If you can't learn to spot the difference, you'll be jerked around by ither people's whims your whole life.
