It's going to have to be on a federal level, so state leaders are going to have to stand up to the federal government.

Maybe a nationwide or blue state general strike shutting the economy down until a list of demands are met.

Maybe getting the International community involved to put sanctions on The US for violation of human rights.

Maybe a constitutional convention to force addition to the Constitution.

Getting rid of the dude who refuses to add the now ratified ERA to the books. That fucking bastard.

There's no quick fix. Even if somebody took out the entire court it wouldn't automatically undo the Pandora's Box they've opened. If this does end up like the Dredd Scott decision, I'm not sure anything can be accomplished before we're in open civil war.
