No. But you can attach an emotion to things like commitment so that they can reside in your heart as they should. This is part of learning to master/rule your emotions so that they don't master/rule you.
Pride, might be a good one here. You can take pride in your commitment to override a sudeen need for a dopamine hit distraction. You can then feel joy in that pride.
That should squelch that restless impulse in it's tracks.
