No, because we don’t refer to Transmen as men without a penis, do we? What about men who have lost their testicles to testicular cancer or whatever? They still get to be men instead of person without nuts or whatever. We don’t even call them eunuchs, which is technically correct because it’s a slur.

I honestly don’t get why we can’t say women, intersex, and Transmen when talking about pregnancy and reproductive health instead of people with a uterus, persons who can become pregnant or what have you. It’s not any longer really and it’s not bulky linguistically, it’s inclusive, and nobody is being dehumanized or having their identity erased or diminished.
