My point is, people who cannot control themselves have no business ever taking on, assuming, or being in a position to control others.

That's one of the reasons Donald Trump is and always has been unfit for office. He cannot or will not control himself.

Needing help on occasion is not the context, it's outside the context of your particular statement I was commenting to.

Even people with low I.Q. have demonstrated abilities to control themselves. Chris Burke is a prime example. He has Down's Syndrome as was an actor on a show called Life Goes On.

Being an actor is kind of the epitome of being able to control oneself in a lot of ways because you become someone else.
