My little sister loved Thundercats more. She used to run around going, "snarf, snarf" Everytime someone told her 'no' to express her discontent.

Yeah, it's always boggled my mind that Jean Gray kept choosing Scott over Wolverine.

It's the classic "nice guy" vs. "bad boy" dynamic. A well written expose on why the "bad boy" is often the better choice.

Sommers is a pretentious jerkoff who is incapable of seeing around his own ego and completely falls apart at the word boo. The man reeks of constant need of emotional labor. No. Just no.

One out one Urchlings completely agree.

However, when and where the rubber meets the road Wolverine has always been there for Jean, even though she's a blithering idiot for sticking with Scott. Sure he's short, overly hairy, and a little rough around the edges but you don't have to refrain from rolling your eyes every time he opens his mouth or bite back an exasperated sigh, he's so loving and tender, and he actually very clearly has a lot of genuine affection and respect for both Jean and Rogue. And in the Earth versions where he ended up with Storm, same thing.

If you know, you know.
