Mentoring women is not the same relationship as dating them.

One is professional; one is personal.

No doubt there are some men incapable of drawing a line there. That's a problem for them, Less of a problem for women long term.

That's also not a significant number of men to justify your claim and, again, is not dating.

By and large, it's not men who are avoiding women and romantic relationships. It's the other way around.
