Meh. More like now that the economic constraints have been lifted that foeced women to seek husbands, they're having to face the fact that on the whole, they're the only ones who think they're the best thing to come along since sliced bread.

Our culture formed around the remains of Roman culture, which itself was heaviky influenced by ancient Greek culture. Both of them where heavily androphillic and misogynistic cultures. Beauty was something the male body held. Women were deformed males.

It's only natural that our culture would retain a great many of those characteristics. Men are merely acting out that belief in male supremacy and love/focus of the Masculine.

Only now, they're faced with the fact that nobody else enjoys being the perpetual sacrifice to that self centeredness.

That's a huge hit to everything men were culturally and socially taught to believe about themselves. That's gotta sting.
