She didn't say believing in toxic feminity makes you a toxic man. She said it makes you part of the problem that is creating, providing cover for, and sustaining a culture that is killing women. It's killing men too, but they're killing themselves rather than women killing them.

Also, all those things you mentioned do not rise to the level of killing a man because he refuse to marry you or failed to open a door for you. That would be an appropriate equivalent.
