Logic error.
If this owner of the company cannot perform the work, whatever it is, for this imagined company to exist in the first place, he is not more valuable to the company or society than the typist, the machinist, or the production crew.
This 'owner' is just the person who was able to put resources into mass production, usually by advantaging structures like inheritance or patriarchy that the typist or the janitor did not have.
