'Like' is an ambiguous word. What exactly are you talking about?
My opinion? Neutral to yes. But that doesn't mean you are 'liking' men in the way that men want to be liked.
Kind of like how women wanted to be liked for all of who they are, but men tend to like them for sex and housekeeping.
My other thought is that what goes around eventually comes around. Men have trash talked women for centuries. And they still do. What you normalize, you normalize for yourself too. And the locker room and mid morning kitchen table conversations have become more broadly public with social media.
We're all seeing each other in the harsh light of day now.
Also, PUA and alpha DudeBro culture has NOT done you any favors. It's a parody of masculinity that makes you all look like clowns. The purpose or clowns is to be mocked.
It's like Bimbos, male version. I know you're not going to tell me men have never mocked the Bimbo aesthetic. Your first impression is not that a Bimbo has an advanced defree in rocket science. It's that she's a disposable sex toy in a flesh suit. Sure, she draws attention. But not like, respect, or general feelings of decency.
It's a lot the same.
But just your general, average guy... they're usually likeable enough. Sure. But they have to carry the weight of the parodies, just like the average woman does. And everything that comes with it.
Welcome to objectification gentlemen. Please keep your seats and trays in their upright position. There will be some *mild* turbulence.
