I've seen these before. They steal your avatar picture and use your name ... almost. Like, the one that spammed me changed the A in the person who I actually followed to an Å, but you couldn't see the circle over the A until you went to their profile page and then you see it's a dummy account.

Easy enough, but I can see how someone could be fooled if the marketing wasn't the antithesis of what the person you commented under usually writes about. Or, if you're not familiar enough with their work for the comment to ping your BS radar.
