It's not political dialogue, it is propaganda and lies, mostly originating from churches who are against abortion in all all circumstances.

It's always been lies. Look at the stats. See for yourself. The Roe v Wade decision is available on Wikipedia. Read it. See the law for yourself.

I would hate to see what's happening here happen in England because people are too lazy and/or ignorant to read the laws that apply to them which are freely available in the internet. Or to look up the British equivalent of the CDC to see what the stats are and what the report indicates. Also freely available on the internet.
