I don't have a problem with a prenup. I think they're a good idea.
But I doubt many men would sign one if they included a competitive wage structure and compensation for lost wages and such when women give up their careers to tend the home and family.
Robert Downey Jr's wife Susan has been instrumental to his success and his sobriety. If they divorced, don't you think it's fair that he should have to compensate her management/agent services she performed for him over the years. Or even being a sober companion?
How much financial opportunity did she lose out on doing these thinfs for him for free instead as a wife rather than as an entrepreneur or employee at a firm?
