It's likely she's been thinking about breaking up with him for a while. I mean, if we're to the point where all her friends are encouraging her to move on, then they're tires if hearing about how unhappy he's making her. So this has benngoing on a good long while. But, she also clearly really likes him, otherwise she wouldn't need her friends to "talk her into" moving on. She wants him; she's just tired I being disappointed by him.

I wouldn't go back to him either. It comes down to this, men take care of what they truly care about. They're never lazy about it. They're never clueless, or at least not for long. They make it their mission to get versed, practiced, and skilled as soon as possible. They move mountains. We all know this.

So, her option is to find someone who knows how to love and is more than empty talk, or stay with someone and whither from neglect. Always investing more. Always being disappointed. Partnered loneliness being a constant theme.

It's not really a hard choice there.
