It's in you choice of language. You use "owning" language.
You're conveniently ifboribf the multitudes of men who have made it clear that they don't want partnership with women, they're fine with a transactional arrangement.
And then you men are quibbling over the terms of the transaction or bitching and moaning that transactions are a two part process.
Women who would rather be alone than be in a transactional relationship with a man are opting out of dating. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. And it looks like a near even split, or will be soon.
So no. If all you have to offer is a transactional arrangement, you have nothing to offer at least half of women that they want.
