It's got everything to do with money because that's what women are talking about.

A financially secure woman can absolutely need a partner who will be a man if she is heterosexual. But she doesn't need him for financial security. She needs him for other things.

Men don't need women. They never have. For financial security. Again, were specifically talking about money and the ability/right to conduct one's own financial affairs. Men have never needed women for that.

They need women for other things. They always have.

There is no incongruity here. You're creating one. It's actually balanced for the first time.
