It’s a lot of the same guys, over and over again. You start to recognize them.
After a while of noticing this, you recognize their responses are somewhat canned. They say the same thing over and over in different articles, oftentimes ungermane with what the author was saying.
Many don’t write their own articles, they only comment. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but when you look under their avatars you see they’re often not responding to or about anything else.
And there are other patterns. Like, you’ll see they pick one feminist article per day to outright troll, one to false ally, one to neg, one to “women do this too"…
Look at their bios and you see a lot of them are older and of retirement age. The ones that don’t indicate a profession or passion are more likely to have an increased number of aggressive response threads in feminist articles.
I suspect a lot of them tweak their algorithm feeds by following authors for the sole intent of trolling and then engaging through that route instead of their daily read.
If they’re reading manosphere articles here, they aren’t responding to them much.
