It shouldn't. Unless you're also pretty short, being a 0-2 tends to make one look unhealthy and fragile. Guys don't want to have sex with someone who looks like they might break in half. They want to enjoy the experience and they can't fully if they have to mentally invest in being extremely careful to not hurt you.
