It says a lot about the lack of justice in our justice system and the lack of accountability of power structures, and the gaslighting that systemic bias is not happening that people are waiting for and looking forward to Chauvinist being murdered himself.

I feel like, if true justice were present across the board this would not be the case. Have we sunk so low? What will it take to get us back to somewhere better than hoping someone dies?

And, to be clear, I'm no better. I won't shed a tear if he gets shanked in prison. Not one tear. It's not justice. But I'm the absence of justice, eventually all you're left with is vengeance.
