It is you plural, so you're using it correctly, except for the gender neutral part. Maybe? It's just odd that you would describe it in gender terms because first person and second person, either singular or plural, are not gendered. I guess you could say gender is implied based on the noun attached to the pronoun, but the pronoun itself doesn't carry gender until you get to the third person use.

At any rate, you've not been fully indoctrinated until you can wield a super plural with ease, expertise, and comfort.
