I hate the things. I'm not alone. Amongst all my female friends, all but one or two have tried dating apps at some point but nobody's on them now. And I have friends from all age brackets. Of all the young women I know coming into their heavy dating years now (my daughter is 19), every single one of them has reacted with some vitriol at dating apps. They have no intention of ever using them.

So I suspect they won't be around for much longer, just like any bar who's atmosphere becomes inhospitable to women. Typically, women will avoid places that are inhospitable to them.
