So, assuming the snitch was telling the truth, which we just have a report that a woman made the claim, we don't have an accounting of whether she was telling the truth after an investigation. If there actually was an abortion, we can assume the fetus has died, it's been found that the fetus has a fatal condition and will not live long, it's been advised that birth will likely kill the mother or leave her incapacitated.
