It has been addressed at local levels. It's not enough because of the money behind it and what 'address it at local levels' usually means de facto, which is blame women and mothers for not raising better sons.

There will be no movement until the money engine is dealt with.

Until then, there's something to Newton's 3rd law, applied socially. If you don't want to be a part of that, then by all means, vacate the field and go about your business. That's a valid lifestyle choice. But don't protect one side of this (free speech for Fuentes) and try to knee cap the other (tone policing feminist rage because you have opinions on how women should speak and what 'outrage' is).

If it doesn't matter to you like you claim, then stay out of it. You don't have to make something that doesn't matter to you, doesn't affect you, and you don't care about...about you.
