It didn't need to. Because it didn't specifically exude them, by default they are included.
Opinions are basically statements about feelings, how you feel about something. They can be reasoned, it's true. But just beause one has an ilinion doesn't mean it is a reasoned one.
Just because most ioinions sre relativeky harmless doesn't mean they all are.
Opinions are not facts.
There's a balance to everything and most things have and need limits.
A blanket statement like "people's opinions should be respected" without acknowledging those limits becomes dangerous. It's really not a policy you want to adopt carte blanche. You or others will be hurt if you do.
Not all opinions are worthy of respect.
