It also assumes that all “women" on the app are actually women. They could be bots, they could be men with a fake profile, maybe checking out the competition to figure out why they aren’t getting hits or to undermine other men by manipulating the algorithm, etc.

It also assumes that actual women swiping right are actually on the app to find a date. They could be trying to catch their husband/boyfriend cheating. They could be looking for a catfishing mark, they could be doing research for their own content.

That whole “study" was an idiotic survey of nothing. It’s not legit research and should never have been counted as such.
